2) it's unclear who has the *authority* to make the decision

I’ve been thinking about the roles of decision making, authority and responsibility (accountability) and power structures and hierarchy over the last six months or so, while working in a flat organisation.
Some of the things I thought I thought (meta), I no longer think.
I will not, however, be voting Liberal and using the frog emoji, so I haven’t completely sold out on my own principles yet.
